Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. As a key member of our Quantity Surveying team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team to review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential cost implications.
  • Assist in the valuation of work completed, managing payment applications, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Support in the negotiation and settlement of variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve any cost-related queries.
  • Assist in contract administration tasks, including contract drafting, review, and management.
