Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer, CT Imaging Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the South East region. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems
  • Installation and repair of high-value electro-mechanical equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, either electro-mechanical or electronic
  • Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving licence
