This is an exciting opportunity to join Framework Housing Association's multidisciplinary team as a Staff Nurse in our specialist inpatient unit. We are seeking a qualified and skilled individual to provide high standards of nursing care for the treatment and support of substance dependency and complex health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide and supervise the delivery of high standards of nursing care for the treatment and support of substance dependency and complex health needs.
- Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to deliver and monitor high standards of all relevant substance misuse and healthcare interventions.
- Liaise with referrers and other specialist external agencies to design plans of care specific to service user need.
- Dispense medication, including controlled drugs, and monitor, review, and evaluate treatment plans.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to join a well-established MDT and take an active role in the continued development and promotion of the service. The role offers applicants the opportunity to develop a unique specialism, with development and training opportunities available.
