Commercial Insurance Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Team Leader to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and nurturing new relationships with a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a book of commercial clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Lead a team of Account Handlers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to handle complex insurance classes.
- Develop and maintain genuine and valuable client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase revenue.
- Significant experience of an Account Handler role within Commercial Insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- CII qualified is desirable but not essential.
- Experience across various classes of insurance is highly advantageous.
