We are seeking an exceptional midwife to join our team as an Enhanced Midwife Team Leader, specializing in safeguarding vulnerable women and families. As a key member of our maternity team, you will be responsible for leading a team of midwives and working closely with other clinical areas to provide high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of midwives in providing safeguarding services to vulnerable women and families
- Work closely with other clinical areas to ensure seamless care and support for patients
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes
- Provide safeguarding supervision and support to midwives and other staff members
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding practices
- Registered Midwife with a strong background in safeguarding
- Experience in leading a team and managing complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in safeguarding
