Dual Service Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Dual Service team, providing high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and our team to ensure their needs are met and their lives are enhanced.
  • Manage all aspects of running the service, including staff supervision, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, and medication management.
  • Monitor activities and ensure the quality of support and care meets our policy and sector regulatory standards.
  • Create a culture of team development and teamwork that aspires to best practice for individuals using our services.
  • Represent the organisation in an appropriate and professional manner in all internal and external contacts and relationships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Manager for services working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or associated complex needs.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
  • Experience in supporting, developing, leading, and empowering teams.
  • Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5) or other professional qualifications, such as nursing, occupational therapy, or social work.
  • An up-to-date knowledge of best practice in managing challenging behaviour using a positive behaviour support approach.
  • Willingness to work flexibly on a rota to meet the needs of the service, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
