Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our Industrial sector team, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, managing the recruitment process, and servicing our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration duties, including weekly payroll for temporary workforce
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage
  • Servicing existing client base and reacting to client requirements
  • Expanding temporary workforce and building relationships with clients
  • Assisting with marketing and social media management
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and confident manner
  • Ability to multitask and react to client needs in a timely manner
  • Fantastic communication skills with ability to liaise with clients and candidates
  • Desire to succeed and build a successful career with a growing company
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
