- Experience: Proven experience working in an established HR team, operating as part of a matrix structure, with a strong background in employee relations and HR project coordination.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and managers. High level of attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and summarize key themes in datasets.
