Key Responsibilities
  • HR Project Coordination: Coordinate and support the delivery of HR projects across the HR lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Employee Relations: Develop and provide accurate data and insights on employee relations trends and issues, supporting business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide timely, pragmatic, and accurate advice and guidance to business leaders on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or above or foundational HR qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in an established HR team, operating as part of a matrix structure, with a strong background in employee relations and HR project coordination.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business leaders and managers. High level of attention to detail, with the ability to analyze and summarize key themes in datasets.
