POSITION SUMMARY

The Mixologist plays a pivotal role in crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding food and beverage service within the bar area, while adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails and beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
  • Engage with guests to provide a memorable and personalized service experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders efficiently.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar, lounge, or restaurant, ideally within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Familiarity with Micros and Open Table systems.
  • Guest-oriented with a strong service mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
