Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality deep cleaning and disinfection services to our clients in Central London and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is a challenging and varied role that requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working at heights and in confined spaces. You will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning and disinfection services in a variety of settings, including restaurants, offices, and other commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out deep cleaning and disinfection services in a variety of settings, including restaurants, offices, and other commercial premises.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, working with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, through the sale of additional services and products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Full UK driving licence for 2 years or over and have no more than 6 penalty points.Be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive, with a high level of physical fitness.Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.Be flexible with working hours, including regular overtime and weekend work.Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.

Benefits

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,986, with regular overtime and bonus scheme, realistic OTE of £31,000. Other benefits include:
