The Role
As a member of our Hub management team, you will oversee and guide a small group, addressing the MRO stock needs of a new multi Insite contract within the Food & Drink sector. This customer is a well-known household name, presenting a significant opportunity for visibility.
Your primary interactions will be with internal customers (Insite Managers), emphasizing the importance of treating all clients with equal respect. The Insite Managers handle all onsite activities, including non-stock purchasing, while the Hub focuses on maximizing stock order processing to help exceed sales and profit objectives while maintaining exceptional service levels.
You will be tasked with establishing and monitoring individual and team goals, including training and coaching, to ensure the highest standards of sales support, administration, and customer service are consistently upheld.
You will oversee all sales administration processes to guarantee timely and efficient completion, utilizing the relevant SOP systems. Your leadership will drive activities that enhance effective quotation management through team development, leading by example, and refining processes.

This position is ideal for an internal salesperson seeking their first opportunity in team management, an Insite Manager looking for a new challenge in a more centralized role, or a Branch Assistant Manager.
