TPF Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join their team in the Woking area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of a department and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on compliance and advisory private client and corporate tax matters, including corporate reorganisations.
  • Proactively strive to grow the tax department.
  • Manage and train junior colleagues, delegating work where necessary.
  • Support the team with filing personal tax returns during the busy season.

Requirements

  • Be ACA/ACCA qualified with experience in both private client and corporate tax.
  • Ideal experience with both compliance and advisory work.
  • Ideal hold the CTA qualification.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to train, manage and motivate the team.

Benefits

  • This role offers a strong regional salary and benefits package.
  • Salary: £60,000-£70,000 dependent on experience.
