The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with a focus on procurement, cost control, and contract administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing trade packages with subcontractors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely payment and final account settlements.

Key duties will include:

  • Managing and coordinating procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Reviewing and analyzing supplier contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Developing and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Conducting site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues

The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Salary from £25,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience
