Job Summary:
The Supply Chain / Sourcing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the supply chain processes and sourcing strategies at NES Fircroft. This position involves analysing data, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products to meet business needs. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless operations.
6. Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including potential disruptions and supplier issues.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or business administration, is required. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
