Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Boots. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, inspiring and leading your team, and creating a positive customer experience.

About the Role:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results, while maintaining a safe and efficient store environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve business objectives, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, improve sales performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail operations management role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in new technologies, including inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.
