Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Evolve Selection Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing dedicated quality oversight and support across the aseptic production and quality control functions.
This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, offering a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and report on quality key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the production and quality control teams to identify trends and improvements needed.
- Ensure all quality control and production-related quality management system (QMS) activities requiring quality assurance review/input are completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
- Carry out quality assurance review and approval of production documentation.
Requirements:
- Experienced quality assurance professional with extensive good manufacturing practice (GMP) experience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools, investigation management, and identification of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Clean room experience and a robust understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile production.
