Corporate M&A Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions team at Burges Salmon. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex energy law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and equity fundraisings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to clients on energy law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and equity fundraisings
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with changes in energy law and regulations
- Contribute to the development of the firm's energy law practice
- Relevant experience working on energy deals and M&A matters
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge
- Experience of effective matter management and business development activities
- SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
