As a Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, conducting viewings, assessing buyers' and sellers' needs, negotiating offers, and promoting properties through various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences
  • Conduct viewings of properties to showcase their features and benefits
  • Assess buyers' and sellers' needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Respond to queries from clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote properties through various mediums, including online platforms and local marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency at Sales or Senior Sales level, with local knowledge preferred
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Well-spoken and presented, with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary of £22,000, plus £3,000 car allowance
  • OTE of £55,000, with bonuses and incentives
