Registered Manager Learning Disabilities
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead a fantastic residential and supported living service in the Manchester area.
This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of service users.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with external partners to provide a comprehensive service.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in residential and supported living services.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
