Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Clinical Pharmacy services across multiple divisions, wards, and departments
  • Oversee and mentor Pharmacy personnel in these settings
  • Provide specialized antimicrobial guidance and facilitate referrals to the Antimicrobial Stewardship Team
  • Assist the Lead Anti-Infectives Pharmacist

Qualifications:

Education & Credentials:

  • Registered Pharmacist with GPhC

Experience:

  • Experience in hospital pharmacy settings
  • Ongoing Professional Development

Skills & Competencies:

Essential:

  • Skills in prioritization and managing workloads effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills within a team environment

Desirable:

  • Self-awareness regarding personal competencies and a willingness to learn
