Job Title: B1 Licensed Engineer

As a Mechanical Ventilation Engineer at Red King Resourcing, you will be responsible for designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery systems in various settings. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure our systems meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Specification:
    • Develop detailed designs for MVHR systems, ensuring they meet client requirements, industry standards, and building regulations.
    • Select appropriate equipment and materials for each project.
    • Produce technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Installation and Commissioning:
    • Oversee the installation of MVHR systems on-site, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Perform system commissioning, including airflow balancing, controls setup, and performance verification.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or commissioning.
  • Maintenance and Support:
    • Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of MVHR systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
    • Diagnose and repair faults in existing systems.
    • Provide technical support and training to clients and other team members.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety standards, building regulations, and environmental guidelines.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, including new technologies, regulations, and best practices.
