About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Dynamics Consultants Ltd. As a seasoned professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading delivery teams, building the skillset of junior colleagues, and demonstrating your values through delegation, motivation, trust, and action. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce technical design documents based on business requirements
  • Agree on solutions that fit within the overall customer solution
  • Take responsibility for the implementation of solutions
  • Work with Project Managers to deliver projects
  • Ensure the quality of solutions is of a high standard
  • Ensure costs are within project budgets
  • Ensure Add-ins used are suitable for solutions
  • Work within project constraints defined by Project Managers
  • Contribute to scope management and risk management of projects
  • Provide technical interface with customers
  • Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Carry out peer reviews of other consultants as required
  • Identify work for junior members of staff
Requirements
  • Experience in offering first-class customer service
  • Minimum 5 years' Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years' in-depth and detailed manufacturing and warehousing knowledge
  • Good finance knowledge
  • Strong, proven consultancy skills
  • Delivery-focused and experienced in successfully delivering projects
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and delegate
  • Strong IT skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Good office skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work with internal developers, solutions architects, project managers, consultants, etc.
  • Ability to embrace a culture of change and agility
  • Able to identify and suggest process improvements
  • An effective team player and able to notice morale within your team and work to positively influence this
  • Self-aware and actively seek input from others on impact and effectiveness
Nice to Have Skills
  • Knowledge of events and extensions
  • Understanding of M365, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Knowledge/certifications in the Power Platform
  • Experience of 3rd party products and integrations
  • Knowledge on installations and configurations
