We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse or Room Leader to join our team at a high-quality nursery school near Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education and care to young children, ensuring their safety, welfare, and development.

• To develop and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, ensuring all children have access to a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
• To work collaboratively with the nursery team to plan, prepare, and deliver activities that meet the individual needs of all children, including those with Special Educational Needs.
• To contribute to the creation of a welcoming, happy, safe, and friendly environment for all children and staff.
• To develop an awareness and understanding of religious, ethnic, and cultural differences and to incorporate these into activities and the daily routine of the nursery.
• To work as part of a team to provide a safe and secure environment for the children in the nursery.
• To attend and contribute to nursery staff meetings as required.
