Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Mobile Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mobile catering services, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of catering staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, training, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute events and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of catering and food safety.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
