Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for valuing properties, providing bespoke proposals to clients, and onboarding new clients. You'll also be expected to capture marketing materials, list properties, and oversee our sales progressor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Valuing properties and providing tailored proposals to clients
  • Onboarding new clients, including collecting AML documentation and contracts
  • Capturing marketing materials and listing properties
  • Overseeing our sales progressor and providing support through to completion
  • Discussing Coapt's onward services with buyers, including property management for landlords
  • Supporting other departments on an ad-hoc basis for overflow work
  • Liasing with our marketing team to create new content for lead generation
  • Account managing and attending client meetings
  • Providing long-term investment advice to existing landlord clients
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the property industry
  • Interest in property legislation
  • UK driving license
  • Ability to handle and convert leads produced by existing software
