We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to fulfill a fixed-term contract role within a well-established family-owned business.
This position involves supporting the operational functions of the warehouse through comprehensive administrative duties related to inventory management.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, and will benefit from free onsite parking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory management processes, including the generation of necessary documentation.
2. Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders through various channels.
3. Oversee all inventory transactions and movements.
4. Collaborate with different departments and engage with customers on a daily basis.
The ideal applicant will possess prior experience in a warehouse administrative role and familiarity with stock management systems.
