About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Manage stock, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
