As a Stock Controller at Great Bear, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our warehouse operations. Your key duties will include:
- Liaising with management and operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads.
- Monitoring Autostore inbound delivery screens to ensure compliance with network KPIs.
- Working with operational staff to resolve issues related to inbound deliveries.
- Ensuring cross-offs are minimized and outbound orders are completed efficiently.
- Managing re-stack pallets and associated adjustments.
- Coordinating the problem pallet area and holding/releasing process.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous stock control experience.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage your time effectively to achieve daily targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- PC literacy in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Autostore WMS is desirable.
