Your Role: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining our ServiceNow platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to the ServiceNow environment, adhering to best practices and security standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues, resolving incidents promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
