About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health in Telford. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement swimming programs to meet the needs of our customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve the performance of teaching programs
- Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships to our facilities
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification in swimming instruction
- Experience of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
