Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Assistant Nursing Manager at Woodland View Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A sincere interest in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges in a secure environment is essential.
In partnership with patients and the Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will hold delegated responsibilities for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, ensuring that your clinical practice consistently delivers high-quality service. This role will also assist the Senior Charge Nurse in overseeing the nursing team and providing clinical leadership.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards enhancing the care experience for service users. A commitment to engaging in training opportunities to broaden your knowledge base and evidence of professional development is required.

Working Hours:
37 hours per week with a flexible approach to shift patterns.
