Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Supervisors to join our team at Larchbond Facilities. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering and installing furniture products throughout the UK and the rest of the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and install furniture products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Supervise and manage a team of installation technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including customer feedback and product information
Requirements
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the furniture installation industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Valid CSCS card and driver's license
• Current passport
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods
