About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Quality Assurer to join our team at Undisclosed Company. As an Internal Quality Assurer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of learning delivery and assessment decisions within our training and apprenticeship programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance activities in line with our IQA strategy, Awarding Organisation, ESFA / DfE and Ofsted requirements
  • Produce sampling plans based on risk and in line with the IQA strategy
  • Conduct observations of teaching, learning and assessment providing clear, constructive, supportive and timely feedback
  • Give clear, accurate and timely feedback to delivery staff, both verbally and written
  • Deliver training, mentoring and support to delivery staff along with delivering induction training to new members of staff
Requirements
  • Appropriate mechanical engineering environment
  • Experienced Internal Quality Assurer
  • Good understanding of work-based learning programmes
Qualifications
  • Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent)
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent)
  • Maths and English - GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Engineering Level 3 qualification
Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
