- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to support the company's growth and expansion.
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally for a similar sized or slightly larger company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA would be an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working for a company focused on high growth, ideally private equity backed, and experience running the finance operations for multinational businesses would be desirable.
