Employer Overview
A prestigious and publicly listed real estate organization is expanding its operations in the UK. Due to an internal advancement, they are seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant from a reputable accounting firm.

Role Overview
This position primarily focuses on the UK portfolio and entails comprehensive financial reporting in compliance with UK accounting regulations, along with commercial performance analysis, engagement with senior stakeholders, and enhancement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements for a publicly listed company
  • Quarterly management accounts production
  • Liaison with auditors and management of relationships
  • Reporting to the UK Financial Controller with regular group interactions
  • Commercial performance analysis of the portfolio
  • Budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a UK ACA/ACCA qualification from a respected institution, ideally with experience in the property or real estate sector, either in industry or as a client.
