Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that create a stimulating learning atmosphere tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, with a focus on encouraging children with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies and maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and the broader school community to support children's development.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Two relevant professional references.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with students, parents, and colleagues.
