Job Description

CMA's client is a rapidly expanding enterprise seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to assume a pivotal role. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the management of the finance function and ensure the team is adequately supported and driven forward.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Financial Manager looking to join a growing organization with excellent long-term career prospects. While they are recruiting, they will consider reviewing the qualifications of immediately available candidates who would be willing to consider a temporary to permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of three, responsible for transactional finance and payroll;
  • Ensure month-end processes are completed efficiently;
  • Produce financial accounts and management accounts;
  • Account for a multiple entity environment, including journal postings and intercompany accounts;
  • Analyze key performance indicators and attend senior management meetings to provide meaningful insights.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will be ACCA/CIMA qualified or possess relevant practical experience;
  • Experience in people management and the ability to drive a team forward, extracting the best from the department;
  • A detailed understanding of month-end, year-end, and audit processes;
  • A willingness to be part of a growing business.
