Regional Manager Opportunity

Craft Union Pub Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to lead our South West division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operational management of circa 18 pubs, covering the Bristol to Exmouth area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional retail standards through a passionate approach to operating pubs.
  • Develop exceptional sales performance and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to designated workstreams and projects, ensuring the region meets net income growth targets.
  • Support and guide Craft Union Operators in delivering our philosophy of putting brilliant pubs back into the heart of local communities.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a multi-unit role with at least 2 years' experience.
  • Ability to balance a complex and varied workload.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to maximise opportunities within the division.
  • Alignment with Stonegate & Craft Union values.
