Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bardon Hill

Work Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible core days, 9-hour shifts)

As a key member of our 365 Manufacturing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production machinery. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be essential in maintaining peak efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and continuous improvement projects to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and cross-functional PM.
  • Manage utilities such as energy usage and water systems to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
  • Oversee fire alarm systems and maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Lead and commission Certification of Conformity (C of C) projects.
  • Provide maintenance support as required.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and rectification with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Qualification such as Apprenticeship, HNC, BTECH, or equivalent.
  • Strong levels in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
