Digital Manufacturing Engineer

The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Engineer - Manufacturing Technology to join our Digital Solutions business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and motivation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a talented production and technical team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure their success.
- Deliver high-quality products that meet scheduled volume demands and QA/QC requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in R&D, Supply Chain, Production, and Manufacturing to drive business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and special test procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with direct people management experience.
- Proven track record of collaborative leadership and stakeholder management.
- Strong experience in PCBA and small batch electromechanical assembly manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives is desirable.
- Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives.
- First-hand production scheduling experience.
