Junior Solicitor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Professional to join our team at Clear IT Recruitment Limited. As a Junior Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to completion, and develop your skills in managing your own caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload, including taking instructions, communicating with clients and third parties, and drafting legal documents.
• Carry out pre-completion and post-completion work, including conducting searches and preparing applications for the Land Registry.
• Work collaboratively with our specialized teams to ensure the smooth completion of conveyancing transactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
