We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cash Administration Director, Vice President. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring the smooth execution of cash administration processes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Review and Analysis

Review assigned accounts for issues associated with cash, settlements, and ad-hoc processing, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of any discrepancies.

Month-End Close Functions

Process month-end close functions, including validating and signing off on balances, and reviewing for non-base balances.

Trend Identification and Analysis

Identify data or account trends for discussion in group meetings, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Team Management

Manage the EMEA Cash Administration team, ensuring clear understanding of reporting lines, authority levels, and scope of responsibilities.

Governance and Risk Management

Establish and monitor systems of control, delegated authority, and escalation procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Communication and Collaboration

Interact with all IMS teams, including Accounting, Corporate Actions, Trading, and Performance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Reporting and Analytics

Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making, using data and analytics to inform business decisions.

Culture and Values

Embed a culture of 'Risk Excellence' within the team, encouraging an environment of openness and effective challenge.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

Degree and 10 years of asset management operational experience, with a strong understanding of cash administration processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills, good time management, organizational, and team working skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
