Senior Site Manager Opportunity

Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a £5 million Cut and Carve project in a major city. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing sites with up to 50/60 subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a site with up to 50/60 subcontractors
  2. Oversee steelworks and new build/construction projects
  3. Develop and maintain strong client liaison skills
  4. Plan and coordinate site operations
  5. Ensure high health and safety standards are maintained
  6. Manage traffic and enabling works

Requirements:

  1. CSCS Black/White/Gold certification
  2. SMSTS certification
  3. 1st Aid certification
  4. PASMA certification
  5. IPAF certification
  6. Asbestos Awareness certification

Salary: £55,000. Freelance SSM or temp to perm options will be considered.
