Role Overview:
We are looking for meticulous and committed individuals to become part of our vibrant Manufacturing & Assembly teams.

In this position, you will be tasked with the fabrication, preparation of components, and assembly of products in accordance with precise specifications and quality benchmarks.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong manual skills, an acute attention to detail, and the capability to operate effectively in a high-energy setting.

Independence in work is essential.

Key Duties:
1.

Component Preparation:
Organize and prepare materials and components necessary for assembly.
Ensure all items are pristine, undamaged, and conform to quality standards. Adhere to detailed instructions for component preparation, including measuring, cutting, and labeling.
2.

Assembly:
Construct products utilizing hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. Follow comprehensive assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Evaluate assembled products to confirm they meet quality and safety criteria.
3.

Quality Assurance:
Perform visual and functional assessments of products to detect defects or concerns. Report any quality discrepancies to the supervisor. Keep accurate records of production and quality assurance checks.
4.

Safety and Cleanliness:
Comply with all safety regulations and protocols. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
5.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to achieve production targets. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools. Basic math skills for measuring and assembling components. Ability to lift and move components. Knowledge of CNC sheet metal processes is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Capacity to work independently and without supervision.

Benefits:
Experience and flexibility dependent on salary £18,000 - £28,600 Annualized Hours / Flexible working agreement. Bonus scheme after 12 months of service.

Contract Terms:
Fixed-term trial contracts leading to permanent full-time positions.
