The IRT is a fast-paced and dynamic team that requires social workers who are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about ensuring that children and families receive a positive and timely first experience of our service.
As a social worker in this role, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children and families, developing and implementing plans to support them, and working closely with other agencies to ensure that their needs are met.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified social worker with experience of working with children and families. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
