Position Overview
Catering Services Coordinator | Ramsay Health Care | Full Time 30 Hours
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional catering services across the healthcare facility as part of the support services team.
- Gather food and beverage requests from patients, staff, and visitors within the hospital.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the catering department to meet established standards.
- Ensure compliance with current health and hygiene regulations during food preparation and service.
- Provide restaurant and room service in line with Ramsay Health Care's minimum standards documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already held, company-funded training will be provided).
- Previous experience in catering is preferred.
- Customer service NVQ or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
