The Role: Transfer Tour Director

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable freelance Transfer Tour Directors (TTDs) to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a TTD, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of student groups at various airports.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage airport transfers for incoming and departing student groups.
  • Coordinate with Tour Directors to ensure seamless transitions between flights and accommodations.
  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience for students, guiding them through the transfer process.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent EF's values at all times.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students throughout the transfer process.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude.

Good to Have:

  • Previous experience leading groups or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with local transportation systems.
  • Knowledge of North American culture.
