Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including manual handling, bathing, shaving, dressing, and toileting.
- Issue and prompt tenants with medication, ensuring their security and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support tenants with daily living tasks, such as laundry and cleaning, to maintain a homely environment.
- Prepare and serve meals, taking into account individual needs and dietary requirements.
- Escort and support tenants in the community, facilitating activities and outings.
- Record and report on activities, ensuring accurate and timely communication with colleagues.
- Experience in caring for individuals with complex neurological conditions.
- SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in care or a related field.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
