At Remedy Education, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students facing Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

We are currently looking for passionate and skilled SEN Tutors with PGCE or QTS qualifications to join our dedicated team.

The ideal candidates will engage with students on a personal level, providing tailored instruction and support to help them navigate their educational journey and reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering customized tutoring sessions to students with SEN/SEMH requirements, adjusting teaching techniques to align with individual learning preferences.
2. Monitoring and evaluating student progress, keeping comprehensive records, and modifying instructional strategies as needed.
3. Collaborating with educational staff, families, and external organizations to promote a comprehensive approach to student growth.
4. Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to remain informed about the latest methodologies in SEN/SEMH education.

Qualifications:
- PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Proven experience working with students with SEN/SEMH needs.
- Strong knowledge of various SEN/SEMH conditions and effective instructional strategies.
- A patient, empathetic demeanor and a genuine commitment to supporting students with special educational needs.
