About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Smallridge Bros Ltd. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our range of cutting-edge agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our agricultural machinery products
  • Collaborate with Sales and Aftermarket teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing platforms
  • Act as a liaison between the dealership and John Deere marketing personnel and leverage Deere's marketing resources
  • Design and develop promotional materials for events, demos, sales incentives, and job openings
  • Conduct field visits and interviews to create written and video product testimonials
  • Record machinery videos and capture high-quality machinery photography
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms to promote our products and services
  • Coordinate events, product launches, and demonstrations to showcase our machinery and foster connections with customers and industry partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline
  • 5+ years' marketing and graphic design experience
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools to promote and create brand awareness
  • Experience with Publisher/InDesign and Photoshop an advantage
  • Familiarity with agricultural products an advantage
